Headed to Assagio's for dinner last night

Not much new going on here. Jeremy hurt his back somehow and he had a physical fitness test this morning. If he didn't pass he wouldn't get a 4 day weekend, but he passed so we got it! We stayed in tonight and watched movies. We have to be mostly packed by Monday for the move out inspection, so we definitely have our work cut out for us this weekend! Plus we are climbing Diamondhead at some point, probably Monday.
Jeremy on his lunch break, eating the spiciest thing I have ever cooked without meaning to make it spicy at all. Very random pic I know, but this is our daily lunch routine. Standing in the kitchen talking and eating

Not the happiest post but that's life!

We've had beautiful weather out here, very colorful skies!

Jeremy had his cardiologist appointment this morning. The good news is that they didn't find anything wrong...bad news is they cleared him for deployment (which we were expecting) . So it is pretty much for sure that hes leaving now :( We are just ready to get it over with. We knew it was a gamble when we bought my plane ticket, but it is a good thing we did it now. I don't want to be out here without him if I don't have to!

Also, please pray for Jeremy's family. They have had a really tough week back home. His grandpa lost his sister Helen, and the day after her funeral Jeremy's great grandma passed away as well. We are so glad that we went to see her when we were home. She was such a sweet lady and I'm glad I got to meet her.

I'm going to try to pack some today, we've got to start moving more out because time is slipping away from us.

Christmas Time in Hawaii

Couldn't tell by looking at this picture that we're in Hawaii!!This is in downtown Waikiki My hair is about 4 inches shorter, the shorter layers are way more than that.

We are so worn out today from moving. We took 2 loads of big stuff to our storage building in Wahiawa. It looks like everything should fit if we put it all in there just right. It will be a tight squeeze for sure! We rested awhile and then went downtown for dinner. We went to the Cheesecake Factory of course! The weird thing was that we were both too full for cheesecake so we got one piece to go (Vanilla Bean, its our favorite). We shared everything tonight and still brought home leftovers. I have a new favorite soup..its creamy chicken with artichoke hearts. It was so good! Anyway we ate there which took over 2 hours because of the wait. Then we came back home. Jeremy has been asleep for awhile now lol. He said he feels like he ran a marathon. We really did move a lot today for 2 people. Strangely now our place looks like it has more stuff in it. I really don't know why I'm awake right now, maybe it was the Starbucks I had this morning?

Early Merry Christmas

Last night we went and saw the new Disney movie Enchanted. It was really good! We both liked it and thought it was cute.
Then we stayed in this morning and caught up on some sleep while everyone else braved the chaos of Black Friday. There was a big game here today between Hawaii and Boise State so the traffic was crazy. It was all over the news. Tonight we went to the Pearl Ridge Mall and I got a hair cut. The mall wasn't too busy. While I was in the salon Jeremy bought my Christmas present :) Then he was so excited about it he couldn't wait til next week to give it to me. Needless to say I love it!! It's a cross necklace with a heart in the middle.

It is hard to believe the Holiday season is here when the weather is this pretty.

Jeremy got his gift tonight too, a PSP (portable playstation) and accessories.

One hour later.....still into his new toy.

Our nephew Logan McNair!
Sweet Kyla holding Logan :)
We had a blast at home, but time flew by! We didn't get to see everyone as much as we had hoped, but when you have 2 weeks to do everything its kind of hard. Jeremy even built Barney a dog house and a walk in closet for me while we were in Sheridan. I love my closet and Barney loves his house!! I'll take pictures when I get back home. Jeremy, Barney, and I all fit into the dog house comfortably before we left. We bought my plane ticket the other night so now I'll officially be home on December 8th :( I'm absolutely dreading leaving here but I'm ready to get deployment over with.

Last night I cooked dinner for us believe it or not. I even took a picture since there is a running joke back home about me not knowing how to cook. I made baked spinach and artichoke dip, cheese tortellini, caesar salad, garlic bread, and sweet tea.
