I felt my first "flutters" this week, and I knew exactly what was going on. It was really neat. I know I won't feel an actual kick for another 2 weeks (or less!). Anyway, this quote made me think about our situation more and I really do feel lucky even though he is gone for now. I am carrying around a little "us" while he is over there doing his job. So really, for the rest of this deployment I will never be alone again! Now if only he didn't have to be alone over there :( Maybe I should find a way to ship Chloe over to him :)
